Q. How long is the shipping time?

A. We produce responsibly. Thus, we make your knives only after we receive your order. That helps us sell through 100% of our products compared to only a 65% sell-through rate for the rest of the industry.

Though it leads to a little longer delivery times, we are willing to take one for the planet! Please allow an estimated 3-5 weeks for your order to be delivered after it has been placed. If any delay is expected, we will proactively inform you through your registered email.


Q. Where are the knives made and shipped from?

A. Each of our knives is hand-forged by trained artisans using high-carbon steel and traditional smithing techniques. They are designed in Japan and made in centuries-old family workshops in Yangjiang, China - a place renowned for its knife-making tradition dating back to over 1400 years. Our knives are shipped directly from our workshops.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It usually takes 2-4 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide to 180 countries.

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. Yes, shipping is free worldwide on all items where the "Free Shipping" option is available during checkout. For other items, the respective shipping fees are applicable. 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. As soon as the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code and link will be sent to the customer's registered email ID with us.

A. No, you will not have to pay any customs. All fees are borne by us.
