Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our artisanal workshop as well as partnered warehouses in Japan, the US, South Korea, China, and India.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 15-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. If a specific delivery timeline is mentioned on a particular product's product page, then that timeline applies. If any delay is expected, we will proactively inform you through your registered email.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It usually takes 2-4 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide to 180 countries.

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. Yes, shipping is free worldwide on all items where the "Free Shipping" option is available. 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. As soon as the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code and link will be sent to the customer's registered email ID with us.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and also, PayPal.

Q. Is checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and are secured by McAfee. We use encrypted SSL certificates for 100% security.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers' information in any way. Emails are strictly for order follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. No, you will not have to pay any customs. All fees are borne by us.
